If you are prompted to log in to the learning portal when trying to access the "My Completions" tab, you may need to enable third party cookies.

Step 1. Click on the three horizontal square icon to open a pull-down menu. Select Settings from this list.

Step 2. Scroll to the bottom of the window. Then click on Advanced.

Step 3. Under the Privacy and Security header, click on Site Settings.

Step 4. Click on Cookies.

Step 5. Turn off the option to Block third-party cookies. The switch should be grayed out.

Step 6. Log out of your account and log back in. You should now be able to access the site without issue. You may need to clear your browser's cache as a final step.
