You will need to disable your pop-up blocker for in order to take courses in the Learning Portal.

Follow the instructions below to disable your pop-up blocker:

Step 1. Select Safari from the top menu bar.

Note: If you are in full screen or presentation mode drag your cursor to the top of your screen to bring up the menu bar.

Step 2. Click on Preferences... from the drop-down menu.

Step 3. Click on the Lock icon labelled Security.

Step 4. The box next to Block pop-up windows should be unchecked. If it has a checkmark, click the check mark next to Block pop-up windows to disable your pop-up blocker.

Step 5. Close the Preferences window. Courses should now launch in the Learning Portal.

If the course window opens but remains black, you may need install Adobe Flash Player.
