You will need to disable your pop-up blocker for in order to take courses in the Learning Portal.

Internet Explorer may display a prompt if your pop-up blocker is enabled. You can disable your pop-up blocker by clicking Options for this site followed by Always allow.

If you do not see this prompt, follow the instructions below.


Step 1. Click the cog icon in the upper right corner of the browser window.

Step 2. Select Internet Options.

Step 3. Select the Privacy tab in the Internet Options window.

Step 4. Under the Pop-up Blocker section, click on Settings.

Step 5. Type the domain: into the top box.

Step 6. Click Add to move the address to the Allowed sites section.

Step 7. The domain will now appear under the Allowed Sites section. Click Close on the Pop-up Blocker Settings window.

Step 8. Click OK on the Internet Options window to close it. Courses should now launch in the Learning Portal.

If the course window opens but remains black, you may need install Adobe Flash Player.
